Delegate Sales Manager - Tulsa, OK (Hybrid Considered)

Salary: $90K-$120K base + ~$20K commission/bonus

Location: Tulsa, OK (preferred) / Houston, TX (hybrid, if required)

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for events and sponsorship? We're looking for a Delegate Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of a portfolio of high-profile events.

• Sell sponsorship packages to help clients achieve their business goals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Identify new revenue opportunities and expand market reach
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to deliver successful campaigns
• Manage multiple projects and meet sales targets across events

• Experienced in sponsorship or conference/event sales
• Comfortable presenting and pitching to senior executives
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of US energy, finance, or related sectors is a plus
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

• Rewarding base salary ($90K-$120K) plus ~$20K commission/bonus potential
• Hybrid work options (Tulsa in-office preferred; Houston considered)
