About the role:- To be successful in this role, you need to love working with people because you'll be building relationships with business owners and leaders every day.
- Conduct research to understand client needs, present tailored PEO solutions, and close sales deals
- A typical day could include making sales calls, moving prospects through our sales process, delivering IPs and proposals, and working with our internal teams to qualify prospects.
- Manage sales pipeline effectively, track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in the PEO market
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in business or a similar field.
- If you have some sales experience, we'll be especially interested.
- You have a knack for building relationships and a strong desire to succeed
