Inside Sales Representative

• Assist telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment needs, understanding customer requirements and negotiating orders.
• Serve as the Company’s front line of contact with customers, delivering professional service and customer satisfaction.
• Provide strong administrative support to ensure smooth order processing and accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and contribute to a positive work environment.

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment

• Previous equipment rental industry experience
• Strong customer service & telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• Successful completion of the DOT qualification process preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers paid time off as per policy: 12–25 vacation days based on years of service, 5 sick days, 6 holidays, 2 half‑day holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 inclusion day, 1 volunteer day.

Base Pay Range: $20.96 - 24.89. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Visit  for more information on benefits and to join the Talent Network.
