Location: Ageless Spa | Tulsa, OK

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: $2,500–$3,000/month base + up to 10% commission

We specialize in high-end, results-driven aesthetic treatments in a high-touch, appointment-only environment. No walk-ins. No cold calls. Just high-intent clients and high-earning potential.

• Conduct structured consultations with prospective and returning clients
• Guide clients through every step of their personalized aesthetic treatment plan
• Document treatment progress, photos, and measurements in our CRM system
• Achieve and exceed daily sales targets of $3,500+

• Lead, support, and coach a high-performing team of sales consultants
• Drive individual and team sales performance, with goals of $3,500+ per rep
• Ensure a polished, professional, and seamless client experience
• Build a team culture based on excellence, results, and care

• Base Salary: $2,500–$3,000/month (depending on experience and role)
• Tiered Commission:
  • 4–5% on sales up to $3,500
  • 6–7% on sales from $3,500 to $7,500
  • 8–10% on sales above $7,500
