• Business Development and Customer Relations:
  Strategize and implement outside sales activities, generate leads through prospecting, conduct First Time Homebuyer Seminars, and attend builder and realtor functions.
• Customer-Centric Approach:
  Offer tailored recommendations on mortgage solutions, review and lock interest rates 15 days prior to closing, and maintain strict adherence to regulations.
• Lead Management and Communication:
  Review leads daily, outreach via telephone/email, schedule in-person/virtual meetings, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Loan Origination and Advisory:
  Originate and prepare new loans, adhere to regulations, and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Sales Support, Metrics, and Reporting:
  Assist New Home Consultants, meet loan capture goals, and maintain detailed reports in the origination system.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent; four‑year college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of loan originating experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• NMLS license & specific State license, or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Fluent in Spanish written and spoken (preferred).
• Self‑starter, able to work independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and mortgage industry software.

• Regular in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours.
• Ability to work over eight hours per day in confined quarters, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, and lift or carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
• May require occasional operation of construction equipment.

• Position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions.
