This position is primarily selling Superior Fence and Rail with opportunity to grow with Archadeck. We own and operate multiple growing home‑service companies and are looking for someone who wants a long‑term sales career
, not just a short‑term position.
This is a commission‑based sales position with paid training
. You will meet with homeowners, provide design‑forward solutions, and guide clients from initial consultation through contract.
We provide most of your leads
, but strong performance also requires personal initiative to generate additional opportunities.
- Decks
- Covered patios
- Screened porches
- Sunrooms
- Custom outdoor living spaces
- Residential and light commercial fencing
- Meet with homeowners to design and sell outdoor living and fencing projects
- Follow up promptly on company‑provided leads
- Generate additional opportunities by:
- Building relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners
- Visiting decision‑makers and referral sources in the field
- Participate in grassroots marketing efforts when needed, including:
- Hanging door hangers
- Placing yard signs at approved intersections and job sites
- Maintain accurate notes and follow‑up on prospects
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Monday–Friday work schedule
- No weekends
- Some travel required to our corporate office in Springfield, Missouri for:
- Sales meetings
- Training
- Assisting with lead overflow when needed
- Sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Willingness to participate in lead‑generation activities
- Valid driver’s license
- Commission‑based compensation with strong earning potential
