Position Summary We are seeking an Account Manager to manage existing client accounts with a focus on renewals and upselling. This role requires a relationship‑oriented, organized, and goal‑driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to continuous learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Track contract status and coordinate renewals.
- Implement streamlined renewal administration processes.
- Execute the Renewals Playbook diligently.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure timely contract processing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales quotas through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Connect clients with internal resources as needed.
- Set and track account targets aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to meet client needs.
- Close sales by effectively communicating product capabilities and overcoming objections.
- Assist in procurement processes to ensure urgency and predictability.
- Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their evolving needs.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of account management experience (software sales experience a plus).
- Advanced critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Gong, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and mobile platforms (Apple/Android).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to navigate the software sales process successfully.
