• Gain in‑depth knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and effectively differentiate them to customers.
• Spend time with customers to identify needs, discuss options and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate features and accept sell offer.
• Complete quotes, return email/voicemail and assist prospects with credit applications and transaction paperwork.
• Support online customers, marketing sales events and business development activities.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

• Strong desire to succeed, out‑going personality and “people person” mentality.
• Steady work history required; prior automotive sales experience a plus.
• Basic MS Office knowledge, computer proficiency and internet skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and commitment to customer satisfaction.
