POSITION SUMMARY

The Market Leader at Midwest Drywall is responsible for overseeing all operations within a designated market. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, clients are satisfied, and Midwest Drywall’s standards of quality, safety, and profitability are consistently met. The Market Leader will serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and clients, driving growth, maintaining high-performance standards, and fostering a collaborative, safe work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Oversight
Mission Statement: To ensure seamless and efficient daily operations within our market, consistently delivering high-quality work that meets client expectations, adheres to company standards, and maximizes market profitability.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations to ensure project timelines and customer deliverables are met.
• Implement operational policies and standard procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any delays or obstacles in a timely manner.
• Work with project managers and field supervision to allocate resources effectively and optimize project workflows.
• Review and approve project manpower plans, schedules, and budgets for alignment with project goals.
• Demonstrate a leadership presence on jobsites, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to jobsite teams.

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities through market knowledge and client feedback.
