This is a performance-driven opportunity with significant growth potential for individuals who are disciplined, coachable,and comfortable speaking with people about financial protection planning.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

• Assist families in evaluating life insurance needs and coverage options
• Conduct client consultations using company-provided leads
• Educate clients on policy structures, benefits, and long-term planningconsiderations
• Follow established sales processes and training systems
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy activity
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to follow structured systems
• Experience in sales, customer service, athletics, leadership, or competitiveenvironments is preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and long-term career focus

• $73k-80kOTE year one
