La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita all'interno della Direzione Risorse Umane e verrà inserita a supporto delle seguenti principali attività:
- organizzazione agenda colloqui e convocazione candidati
- supporto nei colloqui con i candidati
- verbalizzazione dei processi di selezione e gestione dell'archivio preposto
- attività di reportistica interna/esterna
- Aver maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza nelle attività oggetto di ricerca presso aziende strutturate o in primarie società di ricerca e selezione
- Aver maturato esperienza in attività di selezione di profili ICT
- Conoscenza del settore IT, del mercato e delle tendenze tecnologiche
- Competenza nella creazione di reportistiche
- Ottimo utilizzo di MS Office
- Aver conseguito un Master in Gestione Risorse Umane
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale l'appartenenza alle categorie protette L.68/99
- Capacità di lavorare in Team
- Proattività
- Pianificazione ed organizzazione del lavoro
