The TCBH Security Department is hiring a Fire Prevention/Security Officer. Duties include inspection and patrolling of building and grounds to eliminate fire hazards; enforcement of laws, rules, and regulations; providing assistance to employees or visitors; and performing other duties related to the protection of state property, employees, visitors, and others.
Responsibilities- Inspect and patrol buildings and grounds to eliminate fire hazards.
- Enforce laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to fire safety.
- Provide assistance to employees or visitors as needed.
- Perform other duties related to protection of state property and personnel.
- Level I – No experience or education required.
- Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job‑related travel normally associated with this position and must have a valid driver’s license.
- Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants must submit to a physical examination and meet requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 60 pounds and being able to push/pull a maximum force of 30 pounds.

Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) provides a supportive, safe and welcoming environment in which an array of integrated therapeutic interventions promotes an improved quality of life for consumers and the community. TCBH serves individuals eighteen years of age or older who present in a mental health crisis with or without substance abuse and are determined medically stable. We will transition soon into our new 140,000 square foot, 106‑bed hospital, slated for completion in 2026.
