Metro Christian Academy seeks a full-time Safety, Security, and Transportation Director. The Safety, Security, and Transportation Director is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment for students, employees, and visitors on school property and at school-sponsored events. Working collaboratively with school leadership, staff, and local law enforcement, the Director evaluates campus safety needs, recommends improvements, and leads efforts to strengthen safety, security, and emergency response procedures.

The Director supervises and trains security personnel, coordinates safety drills and event security, manages campus traffic and parking operations, and responds to incidents that threaten the school.

• Three to five year's experience in law enforcement/security or a comparable field preferred, or
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

• Certified to carry a weapon
