TAP (Thermal Acoustical Pest Control) Insulation is a unique product that enhances home insulation while preventing pest infestations. As an installer, you’ll help homeowners create safer, more energy‑efficient living spaces.

• Entry‑Level Opportunities:
  Start as a Pest Control Technician/Insulation Laborer.
• PAID TRAINING:
  No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule: 4‑day and 3‑day work weeks.

You will begin each day in our warehouse, participate in daily training sessions, then travel to customers’ homes to install insulation that improves energy efficiency and safeguards against pests.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Consent to background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Strong team player who takes ownership and accountability.
