Residential Appliance Repair Technician (Tulsa, OK)

Our client is looking for Appliance Repair Technician candidates with exceptional customer service skills.

• Accurately diagnose and repair home appliances
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with customers, tech support, dispatch routing, and management
• Make decisions in a timely fashion
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and iPad working knowledge
• Dispatch from home to customer locations to repair residential home appliances
• Process transactions related to in-home repairs
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and electronically process repair records, customer data, and technical information via a company-issued tablet or laptop

• They have a fully stocked warehouse with a huge inventory supported and fulfilled by the nation’s two largest appliance parts distributors
• They do in-office part pre-screens and pre-order parts for most calls run by our field technicians
• They are paperless and all service orders and data are done electronically

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Details of participation in these benefits plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

• 5+ years experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning, laundry)
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver’s license check
• Willing to be enthusiastic and customer service-focused
• Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds
