Position Summary: Complete all assigned work orders promptly. Report labor, costs, and relevant notes daily to your foreperson.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current state mechanical journeyperson license
- Current EPA certification
- Thorough understanding of city codes and EPA regulations
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC control systems, boilers, and heating equipment
Experience:
- At least 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience
- Ability to perform routine preventative maintenance
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally lift over 50 lbs
- Climb ladders and scaffolds
Other Skills:
- Willingness to learn Microsoft Office and Google Office Suites
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
