A well-established Building Automation & HVAC Controls organization is seeking a skilled
BAS Controls Technician to support commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities throughout the greater Tulsa area. This role focuses on hands‑on DDC installation, service, troubleshooting, and commissioning for a wide range of HVAC and energy management systems.

• Hourly Rate: $34.00 – $48.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

• Install, configure, and service BAS/DDC controllers
  , sensors, and associated HVAC control devices
• Perform start‑up, functional testing, point‑to‑point verification, and system commissioning
• Diagnose and resolve controls‑related issues, including programming errors, device faults, and communication failures
• Modify and update system graphics, databases, schedules, and alarms
• Install and terminate low‑voltage control wiring, conduit, and field devices
• Collaborate with mechanical contractors, facility managers, and engineering teams during project execution
• Document system adjustments, testing results, and service activities

• 2–5+ years of experience with BAS, DDC, or commercial HVAC controls
• Hands‑on background with platforms such as Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, or Distech
• Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals, control sequences, and system integration
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, or Lon Works communication protocols
• Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, submittals, and sequences of operation
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer interaction abilities
