Ascension St. John's Sportsplex is a fast‑paced, energetic environment serving athletes, families, and spectators throughout the week. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Barback to support our bartending staff and help deliver a great guest experience during games, tournaments, and private events.

• Restock beer, liquor, mixers, and bar supplies throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas (sanitizing surfaces, organizing products, removing trash)
• Replenish ice, cups, garnishes, and inventory as needed
• Assist bartenders with prep, setup, and breakdown before and after shifts
• Help ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service policies
• Deliver quick, accurate support during high‑volume periods
• Communicate inventory shortages to management

• Previous barback or food & beverage experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs (kegs, cases, ice bins)
• Strong work ethic and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be 18+
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Weekend availability required; event schedules may vary
