Thermal Specialties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Installation Technician to support a temporary project running through January 4th. The Floor Installation Technician will assist with large-scale commercial and residential flooring projects, working primarily during evening hours in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

This role supports high-quality flooring installations specializing in epoxy, polished concrete, and decorative concrete systems, with teams providing full project oversight from design through installation.

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems
• Perform work in commercial and residential settings
• Strictly follow all health and safety regulations
• Maintain quality standards while meeting project timelines
• Continuously improve skills related to epoxy, polished concrete, and decorative concrete installation
• Work efficiently to enhance productivity and job-site performance

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow within the flooring trade

• Temporary assignment through January 4th
• Evening shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
