Position Summary: Complete all assigned work orders promptly. Report labor, costs, and relevant notes daily to your foreperson.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current state mechanical journeyperson license
• Current EPA certification
• Thorough understanding of city codes and EPA regulations
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC control systems, boilers, and heating equipment

Experience:

• At least 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience
• Ability to perform routine preventative maintenance

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift over 50 lbs
• Climb ladders and scaffolds

Other Skills:

• Willingness to learn Microsoft Office and Google Office Suites
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
