  Position Overview:
  We’re seeking a skilled Structural Fitter/Welder to join our team in Tulsa. If you’re experienced in MIG and Flux Core welding and ready to tackle important projects, this is your chance to showcase your craftsmanship and grow your career.
  
  What You’ll Do:
• Pass a 3G weld test using MIG and Flux Core on a one-inch plate.
• Lay multiple passes with Flux Core wire feed for durable, high-integrity welds.
• Work with materials such as stainless steel, carbon, and aluminum to meet precise specifications.
• Utilize basic hand tools and measurement instruments to ensure accuracy.
• Handle and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Perform physical activities like walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing as needed.
  
  What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience with MIG and Flux Core welding techniques.
• Strong proficiency in laying multiple passes with Flux Core wire feed.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and measurement instruments.
• Physical ability to manage materials and complete job duties safely.
• A commitment to producing high-quality work and adhering to safety standards.
