About This Position
Wood Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a top-tier commercial HVAC & plumbing company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Journeyman Refrigeration HVAC Installer / Service Technician to join our dedicated retrofit/new construction crew for large‑scale commercial installs. You’ll primarily work on Walmart stores and other major projects across Oklahoma and Northeast Texas.

- Install refrigeration rack systems, walk‑ins, and related components for Walmart stores and other commercial projects.
- Install sheet‑metal ductwork and piping for HVAC/refrigeration systems.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings; collaborate with other skilled professionals to complete jobs on time, within budget, and meet safety standards.
- Perform troubleshooting and routine maintenance as required.
- 3+ years of hands‑on commercial refrigeration / installation experience.
- Valid Oklahoma Journeyman Refrigeration (Mechanical) license.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Experience with Walmart refrigeration installs or similar national chain preferred.
- Sheet‑metal, ductwork, and pipe fitting experience a plus.
- EMS programming & start‑up experience a plus.
- Ability to read & follow blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, team player.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Tulsa, OK – Salary Range: $50,000.00 – $95,000.00
