Scaffold Builder
This person will supervise the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures. Other duties may be assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities- Work at heights with no fear.
- Determine the type of scaffold needed and properly instruct on how to install.
- Oversee transport of tubular scaffold or other structural material and erect the scaffold as instructed.
- Hoist scaffolding materials upward to erect the temporary structure.
- Secure and level locking sections of scaffolding material.
- Secure scaffold to the permanent structure for added stability.
- Adhere to all OSHA, site‑specific, and Austin Industrial requirements for erecting and navigating the scaffolding.
- Supervise the dismantling of scaffolding when properly communicated to do so.
- Inspect and properly stow scaffolding material after dismantling.
- Perform final inspection of completed scaffolding.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education – no minimum education requirements.
Experience – 3‑5 years of Journeyman level experience.
