• Diagnose,maintain,andrepairheavyequipmentand/orheavydutytrucks
• Performpreventativemaintenanceandinspections
• Troubleshootdieselengines,transmissions,hydraulics,electrical systems,brakes,steering,emissions,andothermechanicalsystems
• Performshopandfieldrepairstominimizeequipmentdowntime
• Weldandfabricatecomponentsasneeded,if qualified
• Completeworkordersandmaintainaccurateservicerecords

• Experienceasaheavyequipmentorheavytruckdieselmechanic;experiencewithbothisaplusbutnotrequired
• 3+yearsofdieselmechanicexperiencepreferred
• Strongdiagnosticandtroubleshootingskills
• Welding/fabricationexperienceisaplus
• CDLisaplus
• Valid driver'slicenseandinsurabledrivingrecord
• Mustpasspre-employmentandrandomdrugtesting

Thisisahands-onshopandfieldposition.

Fieldrepairsatactiveconstructionjobsitesarepartofthejob,andworkmaybeperformedoutdoorsinallweatherconditions.

Mustbeabletoliftupto
50poundsandperformthephysicaldemandsofdiesel/heavyequipmentrepair.
