The Spring Shelter, Inc. seeks an experienced Guest Advocate for the Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm shift to support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking.
You will manage guest caseloads, provide trauma-informed crisis intervention, advocacy, and referrals within the shelter program. Responsibilities include intake, daily operations, coordination with staff and volunteers, and documentation per policy.
