Rainbow-Themes is hiring a Word Press Developer to join our creative and ambitious product team. We’re looking for someone with real experience building Word Press themes for Theme Forest
, who understands what it takes to meet marketplace standards, create beautiful custom themes, and deliver pixel-perfect, performant user experiences.

While your primary focus will be Theme Forest-standard theme development
, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to plugin development for both internal tools and marketplace releases. If you love working with Word Press and want to create products used by thousands, this role is for you.

• Develop and maintain high-quality custom Word Press themes ready for Theme Forest
• Work with ACF
  , Custom Post Types
  , Customizer
  , and Theme Options to build flexible and user-friendly themes
• Collaborate with designers to convert Figma/Sketch files into responsive, interactive layouts
• Contribute to custom Word Press plugin development when required
• Ensure Theme Forest code quality and security standards
• Optimize performance, page speed, and SEO best practices
• Stay updated with Word Press core changes and industry trends

• At least 2+ years of professional Word Press development experience
• Strong understanding of Theme Forest coding standards
• Good knowledge of Word Press Hooks
  , Actions
  , Filters
  , and APIs
• Basic Git/Git Hub workflow understanding

✅ Experience with
approved Word Press themes on Theme Forest ✅ Familiarity with plugin development (for Word Press.org or bundled with themes) ✅ Skills in jQuery

, or other page builders ✅ Comfortable debugging complex Word Press issues

• Knowledge of WPML

• Willingness to handle both theme and plugin-related responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and clean, maintainable code practices
