• Manage the product implementation function providing support directly to clients while executing their technical needs using our technology
• Develop and implement AI‑powered risk assessment tools, collaborate with clients, and provide ongoing support to ensure accurate and actionable safety insights

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or related fields
• Experience in implementing technical solutions, customer success, or similar roles, preferably in AI or risk management solutions
• Proficiency with SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients to deliver custom solutions
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus, but not required
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Proficiency in using work management platforms like Slack, Airtable, Linear, and Asana
