Company Overview:

Strategic Business Consulting Services has partnered with a growing company looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer II/III to help with a two-year implementation project on the Back Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support our clients' back-office operations. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand their business processes and requirements and translate them into efficient and effective software solutions.

This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications for back office operations, using a variety of programming languages and tools.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and requirements, and develop solutions that meet their needs.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices.

- Troubleshoot and debug software issues, and implement fixes and improvements as needed.

- Test and deploy software applications, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and make recommendations for improving our software development processes and technologies.

- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on back-office applications.

- Experience with database design and SQL.

- Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools, such as Agile.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Experience working with financial or consulting clients is a plus.
