Software Developer, Software Engineer, Backend Developer

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience

As a Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing scalable technology solutions that are vital to the company's success. This position offers a chance to work on innovative projects that include back filling a developer spot and adding a Senior Developer to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in software design and implementation
• Develop applications to enhance organizational performance
• Collaborate with team members in daily stand‑ups
• Gather user requirements and provide technical specifications
• Review and test code for quality assurance
• Engage with end‑users for project specifications
• Contribute to improving public‑facing websites
• Work on security authentication projects like OAuth

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

• Experience with relational databases
• Strong documentation and analytical problem‑solving skills
• High integrity and moral standards
• Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented

Nice to Have

Skills & Experience:

• Basic accounting concepts
• Familiarity with Classic ASP.NET
• Experience with XML for interoperability
• Knowledge of web CVEs and best practices
• Satisfies all listed requirements and can work independently
• Ability to diagnose and remedy system performance problems
