Genesis Health Clubs is looking for Full‑Time Tennis Professionals who are passionate, hardworking, and possess a great personality and attitude. If you thrive in a progressive, high‑energy, success‑driven environment, Genesis Health Clubs is your place.

We have 19 tennis clubs with 220+ courts (indoor/outdoor) and over 170 tennis professionals delivering diverse programming. Each club offers state‑of‑the‑art fitness, health, and wellness services, including 60+ group fitness activities and top‑notch training equipment.

Location opportunities include:
Wichita, Salina, Topeka, Overland Park, Lawrence, Fort Collins‑CO, Tulsa‑OK, Merriam‑KCRC, Des Moines, Iowa, Westroads‑Omaha, Lincoln, NE, Blairwood, Louisville‑KY, Louisville Tennis Club, Clayview‑KC, Plaza Tennis Center, KC, and St. Joseph, Missouri.

• Be an inspirational ambassador and advocate for tennis to all ages and levels.
• Deliver and maintain an on‑court average of 35 hours per week.
• Research and master programming features and on‑court tools to provide a high‑energy, fun program.
• Provide private and group lessons to all ages and levels.
• Account for the financial performance of the programs and private lessons you teach.
• Ensure the court playing environment is safe and clean.

• College degree strongly preferred.
• 1–5+ years of tennis teaching experience.
• USPTA and/or PTR certification – commitment to become certified.
• Level of Play 4.0 or higher.
• Ambitious, passionate about people, coachable, and contagious positivity.
• Positive, engaging, honest, respectful, dedicated, and caring, with a sincere desire to provide personalized service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; high professional standards.
