JOB DESCRIPTION  - FULL TIME  Reports to the Head Volleyball Coach and is responsible for assisting in the coaching of student-athletes and management of a NCAA Division I intercollegiate volleyball program.

RESPONSIBLITIES  Assists with organizing team practice and schedule  Assists with tasks associated with recruiting:
Letters of Intent (signing), official, and unofficial visits, etc.  Monitors student-athletes class attendance, study hall, and grades  Serves as a role model for student-athletes  Assists with scheduling and team travel  Assists with strength and conditioning program  Maintains records of participation and other compliance related matters  Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of equipment (i.e. uniforms, game equipment)  Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS  MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience:

A minimum of five years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and use critical thinking skills. Good time management skills, a professional demeanor, and ability to work effectively in a high energy environment with people of other cultures and backgrounds.
