Paul Logistics is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in coordinating transportation operations, maintaining carrier relationships, and supporting shipment execution from start to finish.

• Plan and coordinate transportation of goods to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Maintain strong working relationships with carriers and help negotiate rates
• Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and urgency
• Prepare and maintain detailed shipping documentation and records
• Provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams
• Address and resolve any shipping issues, discrepancies, or delays
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal procedures
• Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and assist with implementing changes
• Deliver a high level of customer service through clear and timely communication
• Support day-to-day logistics operations and collaborate across teams

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in logistics software, shipment tracking tools, and vendor portals
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency
