The Opportunity:

Capstone Logistics is hiring experienced Class A Yard Drivers interested in growing their career with us. Our Yard Drivers/Spotters are responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers within the yard to facilitate warehouse sorting and the processing of merchandise for shipment and/or storage.

• Lift and carry a minimum of 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Drive and operate vehicle under 15 mph in and around the warehouse, storage lot and staging area.
• Roll On / Roll Off experience is a plus.
• Ability to drive on asphalt, concrete, and gravel surfaces in all environments.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a DOT medical card.
• 1‑year verifiable CDL‑A driver experience.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred.
