Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Keep work area clean, orderly, and safe.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Accepting delivery and storing inventory.
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
• Operating equipment (skid steers, forklifts, etc.).
• Assemble, build signs and signals.
• Pre‑trip inspections.
• Sign in keys, equipment, power tools, small engine.
• Pulling orders for foreman per pick tickets, deliver to job sites as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities/Experience

• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift and standard transmission experience are a plus.
• Ability to kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with co‑workers.
• Ability to listen to, understand and follow directions so safety is maintained.

Working Conditions

• Inside warehouse and/or outdoors – heat/cold.
• Physical effort/lifting – up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Driver’s License.
• Electrical Apprentice License.
