Job Title

Must be able to have flexible availability and be able to work early morning shifts on Sundays, 3 : 45 start time. Other shifts are flexible based on needs of the hotel.

Must have a clean driving record for 3 years previous to hire and must maintain a clear driving record during employment.

Drives company van to transport guest by performing the following duties :

  • Drives vehicle from hotel to other destinations according to assigned schedule.
  • Assists passengers into and out of vehicle.
  • Operates radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report status of service.
  • Cleans and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
  • When not operating shuttle, will assist guest with luggage in and out of hotel.
  • Ensure bell carts are free of trash.
  • Ensure trash in entrance is emptied.
  • Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Passing the MVR is mandatory (no accidents and tickets for the past three (3) years).

Skills and Abilities

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Always maintain a professional appearance and manner.

Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to 'pitch-in' and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to perform functions without accommodation.

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
