Field Operations

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00pm– 5:00pm with some flexibility

Pay: $20+

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Comfortable driving company vans and transporting workers
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs & Sheets)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Previous administrative, operations, or transportation experience preferred
• Pass background check

• Utilize Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, and email for daily communication, reporting, and recordkeeping
• Assist with scheduling, tracking attendance, and updating field operation documents
• Communicate regularly with staff, job sites, and internal team members
• Transport inmates to and from job sites or medical appointments as needed in company vehicles
• Ensure safe, professional, and timely transport at all times
• Help coordinate basic van maintenance (fluid checks, cleanliness, reporting mechanical issues, body work, etc)
• Maintain logs related to transportation, inspections, and maintenance
• Operational compliance tasks
• Troubleshoot minor field issues and elevate concerns appropriately
• Provide general administrative and operational support to management
