Day Shift Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Capstone is seeking energetic employees to pick and locate goods in our warehouse. You’ll operate electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, forklifts, VoCollect, RF scan‑guns, and handle manual tickets.

• Select products throughout the warehouse using electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, forklifts, and other assigned equipment.
• Use VoCollect, RF scan‑guns, or manually read tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.

• 2+ years of experience with ride‑on electric pallet jack.
• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Self‑motivated, able to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision‑maker as needed.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
• Accurate data entry and ability to handle administrative tasks.
• Ability to sit or stand for periods and walk throughout warehouse during shift.
