Job Description FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring that quantities are accurate and products are available as needed.
- Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Oversee the receipt of products, ensuring that incoming shipments match purchase orders and are accurately recorded.

- Oversee the receipt of products, ensuring that incoming shipments match purchase orders and are accurately recorded.
- Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.
- Generate reports on inventory status, including key metrics such as turnover rates, shrinkage, and obsolescence.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Recommend and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including adjustments, transfers, and disposals.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and inventory reviews.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Provide training and support to team members on inventory management practices and software.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain strong safety culture.
- Advanced process mapping and analysis skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High work ethic, dependability, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in manufacturing environment at times.
- May require standing for extended periods and the ability to lift/move inventory as needed.
