• Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and packaging.
• Maintain a high level of organization for timely shipments and inventory control.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled with correct information.
• Verify shipments and receipts against invoices, and update inventory records accordingly.
• Operate pay off and take up machines and spool materials, particularly electrical wire, according to customer orders and company standards.
• Ensure materials are properly prepared for shipment.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Ensure the safe and efficient storage of products, particularly electrical wire inventory, and assist in improving warehouse layout when needed.
• Take part in the organization and tracking of electrical wire inventory.
• Ensure products are accurately labeled and stored in the correct locations for easy access and timely order fulfillment.
• Safely drive company vehicles to deliver products, ensuring prompt delivery to customers.
• Handle delivery documentation and customer interactions in a professional manner.
• Operate forklifts to move, lift, stack, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols while operating heavy machinery. Pending forklift certification.
• Continue to receive, inspect, and stock incoming items.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.

• Consistently meet deadlines and ensure the accurate processing of shipments and deliveries.
• Maintain a high standard of safety in all warehouse operations.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail and care to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay proactive in managing the warehouse space, keeping the environment organized, and ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.
• Self-starter, attention to detail and can function properly with minimal oversight.
• Must have a valid Drivers License with clean driving record
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
