The Varsity Spirit Production/Warehouse team is looking for a Pick and Pack Specialist .

As a member of the Production/Warehouse team , the Picker and Packer Specialist is a critical piece of our distribution team and is responsible for packing orders accurately and quickly to ensure our customers receive the correct order on time.

• Responsible for packing orders accurately and quickly
• Reading packing slips, folding clothes, organizing clothes by size, color, and sku.
• Neatly packing orders in bags/boxes to ship
• Maintain and clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Great attention to detail with focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Great attitude and coachability
• Ability to problem solve
• Must be able to read/speak English is a must
• Basic computer skills are a must

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• 1-2 years of previous packing experience is a bonus

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs.
