(Graphic Designer & Visual Storyteller)
Your Role
As our Visual Designer, you are not just creating visuals—you are shaping how our philosophy is seen, felt and understood. You will translate our values of innovation, curiosity, creativity and deep learning into visuals that speak to children, parents, educators and the wider world. Your work will live in classrooms, corridors, websites, learning materials, exhibitions, events and digital spaces. You will help make the invisible visible.
What You Will Create
Visual identities for learning experiences, projects and festivals.
Posters, learning panels, displays and signage that inspire inquiry
Thoughtful, earthy, meaningful designs for print and digital platforms
Visual stories of children learning with their hands, minds and hearts
Illustrations, layouts and graphics that feel human, warm and intentional
Digital content for social media, website, newsletters and campaigns
Creative assets for events, exhibitions community gatherings
You will work closely with educators, students and the communications team—often starting with conversations, sketches and ideas rather than briefs alone.

You are as comfortable brainstorming on the floor with paper and pens as you are designing on a screen.
Skills & Experience
Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (formal degree welcome, but not mandatory)
Strong skills in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
A natural sense of color, typography, composition and storytelling
Ability to design for both print and digital spaces
Sensitivity toward sustainability, minimalism and ethical design
Ability to manage multiple creative projects with care and intention
A portfolio that reflects your thinking, process and heart matters more than years of experience.
