Assistant Manager- Maintenance

We are seeking a proactive and skilled  Assistant Manager - Maintenance  to oversee and enhance the efficiency of maintenance operations. The role involves monitoring, reviewing, and executing maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure effective maintenance practices.
Monitor and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
Execute maintenance plans for utility equipment, boilers, and electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and validation protocols.
Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain operational efficiency and address maintenance challenges promptly.
