Position Overview

As an Experienced Automotive Sales Professional, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. You will leverage your sales expertise and product knowledge to deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of our dealership. Key Responsibilities

• Treat our customers with kindness and respect, LISTENto understand their wants and needand create an outstanding buying experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their automotive preferences and purchasing requirements.
• Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
• Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and budget considerations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to effectively position our vehicles in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of at least 2 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success and achievement of sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to succeed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
