eDCU is a financially strong not‑for‑profit financial institution headquartered in Tumwater, Washington, with 26 team members and two branches. We serve members throughout the State of Washington. We are seeking a full‑time Member Service Representative (MSR) to fill an immediate opening. Our MSRs serve as tellers, new account handlers, and member service advocates. They also provide a host of behind‑the‑scenes roles to serve our Account Managers and support staff. Our MSRs work collaboratively with all team members and are the primary link between eDCU and our members. MSRs play a vital role as problem‑solvers and opportunity seekers.

• Serve as tellers and handle new member accounts.
• Advocate for members and provide outstanding customer service.
• Support branch staff and serve as a liaison between eDCU and members.
• Problem‑solve and seek opportunities to improve the member experience.

• Must be computer proficient.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Credit union experience is a plus.

Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Scheduling flexibility necessary to meet service needs. This position supports both branch locations so transportation flexibility is needed.

This position offers a pay range between $18.25 and $20.25 per hour depending on experience.
