* * A few of the Essential Duties of this role:
*** Ensures agency compliance with all state and federal home health laws & regulations
* Coordinates & oversees all direct & indirect patient services & personnel
* Provides guidance, counseling, assistance, & evaluation of Clinical Supervisors
* Assists the Executive Director in preparing & administering organizational budgets
* Hires, evaluates, mentors, trains, & disciplines organization personnel
* Forecasts staffing needs, develops training & onboarding programs, & and assists with developing policies, procedures, and organizational goals
** What do we require of our Director of Clinical Services (RN)?
*** A minimum of 3 years of health care management experience
* ** Must have at least 1 year of home health director-level or managerial experience
*** Must have a BSN degree. An MSN degree is preferred
* Current BLS certification
* Current Washington state license (or before your first day of work)
* Experience with
** Home Care Home Base preferred**, but not required
* Knowledge of home health regulations, including Medicare COPs, PDGM, VBP
* OASIS Certification preferred, but not required
* Licensed and insured driver with reliable transportation
