Newman Group Search is recruiting for an Assistant Benefits Account Manager to support growing client accounts and deliver exceptional service.
Compensation: $21.00/hr – $24.00/hr (based on skills and experience).
Key Responsibilities- Oversee employee benefit enrollments to ensure accurate processing, timely updates, and regulatory compliance.
- Guide client employees through benefit questions, claim issues, and coverage utilization.
- Participate in open enrollment planning, renewal strategy meetings, and benefit education initiatives.
- Maintain accurate client files within CRM systems and prepare custom benefit proposals in Excel and PDF formats.
- Research plans, providers, and benefit options to support client strategies while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Prior health insurance experience is not required. The ideal person is highly organized, tech‑savvy, enjoys research and problem‑solving, and thrives in a small‑office environment. What matters most is work ethic, attention to detail, curiosity, and genuine desire to help people.
