Pro Sidian Seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst in CONUS/OCONUS - Olympia, WA and Tumwater, WA to support an engagement for an Agency dedicated to the safety, health and security of 2.5 million workers and helping employers meet safety and health standards and the Agency also inspects workplaces when alerted to hazards. As administrators of the state's workers' compensation system, The Washington State Department Of Labor And Industries is similar to a large insurance company, providing medical and limited wage-replacement coverage to workers who suffer job-related injuries and illness.

The Pro Sidian Team works to provide expert level Information Technology (IT) Quality Assurance (QA) consulting services supporting a full cross-agency “business transformation” initiatives intended to achieve the mission of keeping citizens in the state safe and working.

The business transformation (BT) calls for modernizing the agency's extensive technology infrastructure and corresponding business processes over several years. The client is starting with people and processes – ensuring the best way to do business and collectively understand business priorities and customers’ expectations. Then, they will invest in new technology to support those process improvements and achieve stated goals and objectives.

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and Work with solution development team and the QA team to automate testing, create new test harnesses and implement new automation tools. use their top notch software design, analysis and programming skills to create innovative automated test systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Examine, validate, and test large scale software development and deployment projects.
• Help design and build intelligent systems that explore various use cases and scenarios.
• Possesses 3+ years of Testing and Automation experience; 5+ years of development experience.
• Writing/using open source test automation tools;
  Testing software in a distributed networking environment.
• Testing large scale enterprise systems;
  Relational Databases or programming in SQL.

Requirements include:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading and managing Engineering teams.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years.
• Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
