The Torts Division represents all state agencies involved in tort lawsuits and claims. Benefit and Compensation Details

* Competitive salary set within the given salary range ($82,212 - $153,996. Salaries are set in accordance with Appendix B of the AWAAG CBA schedule set forth below.

* Longevity pay of 5% premium on top of base wages after 5 years with the Attorney General's Office.
