The LPN provides recovery‑focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. The LPN delivers safe, effective, and efficient direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. Shifts Available:
On Call; shift hours and days vary as needed.

Starting wage range: $30.41 - $37.58, with a full range up to $44.75 based on geographic differentials. Pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program and current licensure in the state of operation.
