Systems Engineer; Controls

Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technical precision. The ideal candidate is a problem‑solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges, translating ideas into functional systems, and ensuring every design performs with reliability and efficiency. This is an onsite position based in Lee County, Mississippi.

• Support the design, development, and implementation of automated systems and control solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system requirements are clearly defined and successfully executed.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, schematics, and specifications.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance to meet project goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the integration of new technologies.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional experience in systems design, automation, or a related engineering role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach to system development.
• Familiarity with industrial controls, automation software, or system integration concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
